Dieting and eating healthy is great, but sometimes you just want to say “Screw it” and eat a whole cake. Well, instead of going face first into an Angel Food cake, take a deep breath and try this awesome alternative idea. Have a cupcake! Not all cupcakes are created equal, either. Some cupcakes are loaded with refined sugar, butter, oil, and unnecessary calories. Would I let you eat that? Of course not. Now, let me make myself clear…it’s alright to have some of those things once in a while in moderation. And while these cupcakes are all healthier than traditional cupcakes, and healthier than eating an entire cake by yourself, these cupcakes are not as healthy as eating an apple.
