    I am completely obsessed with PILATES. It strengthens, leans and tones! I am a total convert and I have been doing it for almost 2 years now! I recommend it to EVERYONE!

    Yoga may be my number one, but pilates is my number two. I am also completely obsessed! Its so nice and relaxing that you almost forget you are in the middle of a workout… until you start doing hundreds!
