Each bite is a reminder that we have months of warm weather to look forward to.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella
- 2 Tbsp sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil for frying
