I’m not even going to waste my time explaining who Jenna Marbles is. With nearly 8.5 million subscribers on YouTube, chances are, you already know. And, chances are, you love her just as much as I do. Jenna has this knack for making hilariously awkward videos that always seem to be incredibly relatable to everyone’s lives, and that’s what makes her so awesome. Her latest video, “How Home Workouts Work” is no exception.
Jenna answers an important life question: how do home workouts work? Well, Spoiler Alert: they don’t.
As people with busy, hectic lives, I’m pretty sure you’ve been there, done that. You’ve probably thought to yourself, “why do I need to go to the gym? I have a yoga mat, and workout DVDs and a Wii Fit. I’m all set,” and you’ve probably realized shortly afterwords that, well, fail. It doesn’t work. It takes way too much willpower to work out in the same room as a couch, bed, or a stocked refrigerator, and when half of your brain is focused on all the work you have to get done the next day and how tired you are, willpower is a difficult thing to come by.
At least now you don’t have to feel bad when your workout plans go wrong. Jenna Marbles is right there with ya!
How do you survive home workouts?
