  1. This is going to sound COMPLETELY nuts but… I work out every single day for 1.5 (if not more) hours a day! I am on the elliptical, ellipticaling (?? lol) away! I read magazines to make the time go by. Yes, I do this for my health but I also do it because it clears my head so I can take on the day without feeling like I am in a complete cloud! It’s also an energizer which rocks! I recommend exercise to everyone! Oh and I also do pilates too, I used to weight lift but that’s not for me, pilates is more my style! :)
