Bite Size Blog »

We all have individual experiences when it comes to our health and wellness. Our personal fitness know-hows can help a gym newbie or a seasoned fitness pro perform at a new level. Our own twists to healthy recipes or tricks for simplifying your time in the kitchen can inspire other foodies far beyond your posting expectations. For all of these reasons and more to blog about health, my own mini Self.com has been created.

Some of the best advice and tips of the healthy living community come from health blogs that embrace stories about personal health struggles and triumphs. Being able to share my passions for health, advice on head-to-toe wellness and tips on healthy living based on my research and experiences helps to keep my mind, body and soul healthy while encouraging others to be healthy too. To me, this is more than just a diet blog but a health and wellness center where healthy living is made simple again. You will find healthy food options, nutrition facts, tips for a healthy mind, fitness advice, ways to maintain a healthy weight wherever you are, a space to talk about health and more in BSW’s growing health community.

At the end of the day, health matters to me and I want to share what I know, learn and experience with you (with a few blog giveaways every now and again!).
