Want to get a superb night of sleep? Check your pillow. There is not a set timetable of when you should replace your bed pillow, but you should make it a habit to do so regularly. In addition to leaving you with an achy neck and a bad night of counting sheep, over time your pillows loses its firmness and accumulates a lot of grime and germs. You will have a better and healthier night of sleep with a new pillow in tow.

    So I am really embarrassed to admit this but I have no idea when the last time was that I replaced my pillow. In fact, i don’t even know where my pillow came from. All I know is that I am obsessed with it. However, recently I have been waking up with mild headaches and neck pain and I fear it is from my amazingly SMOOSHY pillow! :(
